I offer calm, down-to-earth 1:1 support for adults, integrating an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach with health coaching strategies to support emotional balance, focus, and values-led wellbeing. I also work with adults with ADHD, anxiety, low mood, and general wellbeing concerns.
